Caring for your pets means you trust us with a lot — your home, your codes, your pets’ health. This page explains what we keep, why, who else sees it, and how to have it changed or deleted. Questions? Text 774-334-1212 or email lindsay@lindsaylovespets.com.
About you: name, email, mobile number, home address, and the same for a second parent if you add one; how you heard about us or who referred you; your account username and password; and your signature when you agree to our policies.
About your pets: names, breed, photos, and everything in the pet profile — vaccination records, town license, health conditions, medications, vet, behavior notes and emergency contacts.
About your home: keys you give us, and door, alarm and lockbox codes.
About your services: what you booked, when, who cared for your pets, visit notes, and the photos and videos we take during visits (Love Notes).
Payments: invoices and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Square — we never see or store them.
When you use our website: like most websites, basic visit information through Google Analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam bots out of our forms.
We share only what each one needs to do its job:
We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.
We may share photos and videos of your pets on our website and social media — never your address or anything that identifies your home. Prefer to keep yours private? Tell us and we will. Pet albums are kept for the life of your pet, so you have them for good.
We keep your information while you’re a customer and afterward for as long as we need it for our records, taxes and any legal claims. Pet photo albums are kept for the life of your pet unless you ask us to remove them.
Access codes and pet records are available only to the people who need them, and when you update a code in your profile, the old one is replaced.
Our services and website are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top.
