I am so excited to have my very first sleepover with Kara & Elly! So we started our day bright and early together. Kara was so excited she talked my ear off as soon as I walk through the door ❤️ we then headed outside so we could tend to the chickens. They are oh so sweet and we’re so happy when we brought them some delicious melon and some seeds and their favorite, meal worms! Yum! Then we strolled in the yard so Kara could show me all her favorite spots as she surveyed her land to make sure that we were safe from all critters and creatures. We then sat down for some breakfast and talked about all the fun stuff we wanted to do this weekend!! At Lunch, Kara and I hung out in the yard and enjoyed the sounds of nature. But still not a peep or sighting of Eleanor. Elly knows me but she has to work up the courage to come out and hang with us. It wasn’t until dinner time that I spotted her on the chair in the loft. So I kept my distance but zoomed in to take a quick pic. Poor girl looks nervous. 🥹 I know she will get used to me being here soon enough and maybe will want to snuggle, But on her terms of course.😻 I was just glad to see her pretty face! Tonight is pretty low key. The sun is about to set so Kara and I will head out and tuck the Chickens in and tell them a bedtime story before we all settle down for some silly TV and snacks! Couldn’t ask for a better first day of our weekend together!
