Knowing today was our last day of Girls Weekend, Kara, Elly and the Chix and I took full advantage of our time together! When we woke up Kara and I sang good morning to the Chickens and she supervised as I tidied their run and gave them some delicious fruits and some extra seeds and worms! :shushing_face:(Don’t tell Mom!) We then sad on the porch and had coffee and listened to the birds. After breakfast Elly wanted extra love and pets so that’s exactly what I did! Her purrs and trills are magic! Later in the day after Kara had a nap, we sat on the porch and enjoyed each others company while Elly stole Kara’s bed to lay in the afternoon sun. This evening is a little sad because it’s time for me to head home. But I promised I would see them all again and that they are in for a treat because Mom and Dad are coming home soon and you all can share stories of your fun weekends! Oh and lots and lots of family snuggles!!! Thank you Chickie’s, Thank you Kara and Thank you Elly Belly for making this the Bestest Girls weekend Ever!! Can’t wait to do it again!!! I love you with all my heart!❤️
