Bella was surprised by my visit today but she dealt with it gracefully. She was shy at first, but once we were alone .. she was still shy but very curious. She approached, she sniffed, she scrabbled away like Wile E Coyote whenever I moved a muscle. 😆 But today wasn’t about petting or touching or even trust. Today was about communication and being understood, and to our delight we understood each other perfectly! Just 2 flighty socially awkward oddballs hanging out with each other and somehow that was very comforting to know. We will definitely be besties someday! 🥰
