I took another out behind the house tonight for the dinner walk. It was getting dark and the bugs weren’t too bad. We were having a good time when suddenly Anna started going crazy! He spied two does grazing just a few feet away! He wanted nothing more than to chase them down and they took their sweet time even acknowledging his presence though they clearly saw him and me. Eventually they jumped high over the brush and right onto our trail before disappearing farther towards the water. Aneto insisted he could have caught them, and I’m sure he’d have given them a run for their money. 😊🦌

PS the crabs say hi! I was friendly to them but they’re were… crabby 😂
