Today was my first ever walk with my new friend Lindsay. I was excited when she arrived. My Mom put on my fleece so I wouldn’t be cold, so I looked adorable. That’s what Lindsay said. 😁 She harnessed me up and off we went. I was pretty unsure about it at first since this is my first time walking with her and I am still just a puppy getting to know this great big outside world around me, But she spoke calmly to me and walked the route that I’m most familiar with. While we walked, She made sure to praise me and make me feel comfortable. She worked with me on no pull and really focused on making me feel comfortable. When cars were driving by she made sure to stop, get down to my level and make me feel safe until they passed. I Did my best and I think I did really good for my first walk with her. Lindsay thinks so too! ❤️
