When clients come to us about Boarding, we tell them we do that, but its not really true. What we do is really more like “hosting.” Yesterday, Alex and I went to visit a pet hotel at a large chain. What we saw broke our hearts! We saw a scared little dog lying on a tiny PVC bed, barking to nobody, alone. We saw one attendant try to pay attention to over a dozen dogs. They weren’t being mistreated but they certainly didn’t seem loved. That’s why we love to provide a more of an AirBnB experience. It’s almost constant 1-on-1 attention. It’s couch and TV instead of curtains and pallets. And it’s why after just an hour with us, our guests are happy and relaxed. This is our new friend Annie. I wonder what she thinks?
