While we normally provide the best pet-sitting services in Sturbridge, we were very surprised to learn our reputation extended all the way to Boston. Daisy’s parents reached out to us because they had travel plans over Christmas and nobody local was willing to help. And while we were initially reluctant to travel so far for a job, all that changed when we met Daisy. This beautiful shepherd puppy melted our hearts in 30 seconds flat, and as I’m sitting here watching her play with her toys, it’s still pretty melty. She’s smart as a whip, knows her basics already, and reads pee-mails at a 3rd grade level despite being not even a year old. But she’s a city dog – she looks both ways when she crosses the street, and she’s a regular New Yorker when it comes to being loud in the street. She wants everyone to hear her, see her, play with her. She wants to go down every alley, sniff every tree, climb into every car. Everything is new, and her brain absorbs it all and spits it out as energy and pure love. This is one Daisy I’m going to pick every time.
