May 15 breakfast – it’s our final visit, and quite sad to be leaving these good friends we made. We’ll miss Ozzy’s enthusiasm, Zeppelin’s regalness, or Lizzie’s curiosity. May 14 dinner – no pictures this visit, we were too busy catching up with Marsha. We made sure everyone was taken care of right and got their medicine.

May 14 lunch – we forgot to do a pupdate! We did spend time with everyone, and also took a few minutes to tidy the place up.

May 14th breakfast – Ozzy didn’t want breakfast this morning; he was all about treats and being outside. Zeppelin wanted breakfast, but he wanted Ozzy’s breakfast. He absolutely turned his nose up at his food, and took only a few licks of cream. Both were mellow – I’m sure the high temps have them a little lethargic. Lizzie was energetic, and enjoyed her water bottle tremendously. I caught a little video in case Chloe misses her little angel. They’re really looking forward to your mom coming, and having someone in the house with them overnight again.

May 13th Dinner and Bedtime- Ozzie and Baby Kitty Sir were all about each other this evening which was really cute. I captured a great picture of them giving some brotherly love. Lizzie of course didn’t want to go to bed while I was tending to Ozzy and baby kitty Sir Alex was upstairs with Lizzie and all I heard was banging and little pitter patter of little feet so they must have been having a really good time up there. I’m sure she protested going to bed as do BKS and Ozzy. They are all counting the hours until you two are home!

May 13th lunch – Another beautiful day,but it seemed a little too warm for Ozzy. he did his business and then layed in the garage in the shade and then wanted to go inside and play with his red ball which we did! As Alex was saying yesterday that he couldn’t find baby kitty sir, well I too had a hard time finding him today. He was actually in his usual spot, The chair by the lamp but there was a pillow propped up and the only way I found him was that I heard snoring!  So we had a pretty chill visit. Lizzy was all about climbing up my body and sniffing my ears and hair. It tickled!!! She was playful as always and cute.

May 13 breakfast – good evening! Not much to update other than everyone is well and missing you. Zeppelin and ozzy ate each other’s food this morning. First Zeppelin are Ozzy’s wet food and then Ozzy ate his cream and wet food in turn. Lizzie was cheerful, excitedly playing in the water bottle I filled a little too high.

May 12th Dinner & Bedtime- this evening was all about sunset and snuggles. All of the creatures including the fish were very interactive and so affectionate. There was belly rubs, head scratches all around well, not the fish. Ozzy decided he wanted to play with a ball, He was so cute! We sat on the floor and he pushed it towards me and I’d push it back and we did that for a while that Even baby kitty sir got involved. Oh and I saw a fox dart through your yard when I was pulling in the driveway! It was pretty cool!!

May 12th lunch time – everybody disappeared today! I let Ozzy out when I came in and put him in the pen then I went to check on Zeppelin and he was gone!! He was not hiding at all. He was snoozing on the chair in the plant room. Then when I went to give Lizzy water, I came back into the bedroom, stopped her from running out, close the door, and then she was nowhere to be found. I looked and looked and looked until I finally started believing maybe she had somehow escaped even though I knew she hadn’t. Finally some noises gave her away, and upon being discovered she came right out. At least Ozzy was easy to find lol.

May 12th breakfast – in today’s update we look at pets behind bars.. here we see ozzy, jailed for attempted murder of a mailman. You’ll see zeppelin, jailed for a heavy drug addiction to catnip. And lizzie, a notorious escape artist that can barely be held behind bars. Fortunately, thanks to the love and care of Lindsay loves pets, all of them have been rehabilitated and set free for good behavior.

May 11th dinner – good morning! We realized that from 10,000 miles away you’re probably not hanging every word of the pup dates three times a day, so we’re cutting down on the chatter a bit. Tonight’s dinner was pretty reserved. Zeppelin skipped the whipped cream and insisted on head scratches; Aussie just wanted his pill pocket, and Lizzie wanted to play like it was morning. It was when I was cleaning up at the end, and look down to see Ozzy and baby kitty sir just lying on the floor chilling that I realized what a difference 3 weeks makes.

May 11th Breakfast- good evening. It was a nice chill visit this morning. Baby kitty sir got his catnip. Ozzy got lots of outside time and tug of war. When Lizzie came out of her cage she was all about her water toy thingy and was scooting it around the room and obviously getting water on the floor cuz I just put a little water in there.

May 10 dinner- we had planned a long spoiling night for the gang when we thought you were coming back tomorrow, and it felt like they deserved it more than ever tonight. Lindsay came and spent nothing but playing with Zeppelin for 40 minutes, and he didn’t feel like that was one minute too much. I brought Ozzy ice chips to munch on and some dust from the treats that he loves so much to sprinkle over his dry food, which he gobbled right up. Lizzie got extra play time too, and was just heartbroken when I put her back in the cage. Everybody had a ton of fun, was very relaxed and happy, and are good to go for another couple of days.

May 10th Lunch- it is a beautiful day! During lunch Ozzy decided he wanted to bring his toy outside which was really cute. He only played for it with it a little bit but it was cool. I made baby kitties sir’s day! I brought him some catnip and boy was he in catnip heaven. Ozzy of course was jealous because he didn’t feel the same thing after he licked some off my finger. When I went to check on Lizzy she was asleep in a pair of pajama pants. I said hi to her and, I didn’t have catnip on in my hand but I guess the smell was on there because she was going nuts for my hand and then was doing a couple of sneezes. Hopefully it’s the catnip and she doesn’t have a cold because but I’ve never heard her sneeze before. Anyways all in all it was a good visit and it’s beautiful today if not a little windy. Hope you’re having a good day sorry about all the stress you’re dealing with.

May 10th breakfast – everybody needed some extra love this morning. Ozzy was very affectionate, and in good spirits. He was still limping a little bit after yesterday, but it didn’t seem to be bothering him at all. Baby kitty sir wanted nothing but petting this morning, and came bover to get his head and neck and back scratched. I got a cute video. He hadn’t peed overnight so I put some drops in his food. Lizzy was cheerful and playful as usual. She is an escape artist, and I caught her red-handed. I’m  that your return is delayed, and so are they, but we’ll take great care of them until you get back.

May 9th Dinner and Bedtime- good morning! We had a nice chill evening. Baby kitty sir ate his whipped cream but wasn’t really in the mood to eat much of his dinner he was just relaxing. Speaking of eating I witnessed something that I haven’t in all the three weeks pretty much that I have visited, I know Lizzy eats but tonight was the first time we’re actually witnessed her take some food and crunch it! it was very exciting for me. The little things amuse me . Ozzy was a good boy. It was a really nice night out and he did not want to go inside so we chilled outside and luckily the bugs weren’t too bad. I told all the furry ones that just two more sleeps and you guys will be home! They can’t wait! They miss you so much! I am sure they want their life back to normal. Hope you have a splendid day!!!

May 9 lunch – my visit was a little early today, since I brought Ozzy back from his big adventure. Everybody was pretty mellow. Zeppelin was relaxing on the lounge, took his whipped cream up there and then delighted in some petting. Lizzy had been napping and almost didn’t come out for her visit. I refilled her water and she came out for some snuggles but otherwise was still sleepy. Ozzy was exhausted, as expected. And we will tell you all about that later. 

May 9 breakfast dash I forgot my phone when I headed over, so no pictures this morning, but everybody is doing great. Lizzie was very thirsty and I gave her an extra helping of water in her water bottle on the floor and she got right to bathing and cleaning herself it was adorable. Zeppelin was in a good mood and crawled right over to get his head scratched, ate his whipped cream, but didn’t seem interested in the wet food that I put out for him while Ozzy was outside so he could eat it in peace. Ozzy was.. being his exuberant self, maybe because I told him I had a special treat for him in store today. I’ll tell you and him more about that later!

May 8th Dinner & Bedtime- good morning hope you had a great Mother’s Day! We had a really nice evening visit. It was a great way to spend Mother’s Day evening with furry creatures that give you unconditional love. Zep even let me give him a few kisses on his head! Everyone seemed really happy and there was lots of cuddles and play time it was just all in all a good day. They can’t wait for you both to be home this week and have things back the way they were. I have to say they have adapted well, but they definitely miss you guys being home! Hope you have a great day!

May 8th lunch time – was a fun visit with everyone. Water was the theme, as Ozzy and Zeppelin couldn’t seem to get enough especially with crushed ice, and Lizzie must have been playing in the water because she was all wet when I got to play with her.  Then we all settled in for some story time and treats. They really are so sweet and adorable.

May 8th Breakfast-  HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! Breakfast was splended! lots of love all around. Looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day if not a little chilly but Ozzy and I will have a blast today outside. Hope you have a great Mother’s Day with your daughter.

May 7th Dinner and Bedtime- Good Morning to you! We had a beautiful sunset tonight it was really nice. All the furry ones are doing great! Ozzy and Baby kitty we’re all about attention so they got it! At one point I was playing tug of war with Ozzy with one arm and petting Sir with the other. They’re just so cute how can I resist giving them so much love. Lizzie too was affectionate and energetic and did not want to go to bed. When I did put her in the cage I finally witnessed her splashing in her water bowl! It was so adorable. Hope you have a fantastic day!!!!

May 7th Lunchtime- while Ozzy and I were outside we saw a little bit of sunshine and some Blue sky even if it was only for a few minutes before the clouds came back. He was playful and just loves rolling and scratching his back in the grass and rocks. I get it with all that floofiness. Baby kitty sir when I arrived meowed and it sounded like a human voice it kind of scared me at first.  Lizzy and I played with her plastic tube that was on the floor today she would climb in it and roll on her back and scratch and then I would scratch on the tube and she would scratch back it was awesome.

May 7th Breakfast- Good Evening!! The furry ones were so happy to see me this morning. Baby kitty sir was following me around and purring. He decided to eat his soft food and then proceed to go nibble on Ozzy’s food. He is such a piglet! Ozzy and I had a fun time outside today no Sun shining and there is a breeze but no rain so I’m happy. We played a bunch and then had some snuggle time. Lizzie is always so grateful in the morning. You let her out of her cage and it’s play all day. While I was downstairs spending time with Ozzy and baby kitty sir, I could hear Lizzie playing upstairs it cracked me up. Happy Mother’s Day Eve!

May 6th dinner – had a sweet and relaxing dinner visit. Fed everyone, gave them medicine, refresh their water and added ice. Even turned the light off for the fish. It’s become such a comforting routine to see everyone a couple times a day, feel their love and energy. They’re a wonderful group of friends.

May 6th lunch – had a wonderful visit with everybody. Ozzy did a great job warning and protecting us from the evil mailman who drove by. Zeppelin enjoyed his midday cream and decided to give himself a bath. Lizzie went for the leg again, she’s so predictable! I brought some ice from home so they could enjoy a little treat in their water. And I caught this really sweet moment between Aussie and Lizzy when I opened the door to Lizzie’s room. Hope you’re having a wonderful time!

May 6th Breakfast- good evening! This morning was nice the sun wasn’t quite out but it was at least mild outside. Everybody was full of energy this morning and full of love. Ozzy and I played after breakfast and snuggled on the chair which was really nice. Baby kitty sir was full of stretches and purrs and meows and just love love love. Lizzy was also full of energy, she was ready to play as soon as I took her out of the cage. I had a hard time getting a picture of her because she was so active. 

May 5th Dinner & Bedtime- Good Morning! Lots of sounds outside this evening. Ozzy and I were listening to woodpeckers, we saw a bunny which didn’t make a sound & and after hearing a few dogs bark we then heard coyotes so Ozzy and I looked at each other and said “hey let’s go back inside” everyone is doing great Lizzie tried to climb up my leg again but today I was wearing capris so it didn’t really work out so well for her. Both Ozzy and baby kitty sir were super affectionate that at one point I was petting baby kitty Sir with one hand and Ozzy and the other it was really nice. Hope you have a great adventure today.

May 5th lunch time – was a pretty quick visit today. Everyone just wanted a little bit of sunshine and was feeling lazy. I let Ozzy hang out in his enclosure for a bit, still on the lead, and he seemed to like it somewhat. I found Lizzie snoozing away in a pajama leg, and she didn’t really feel like coming out. I made sure she had water and let her get back to it. I gave bks some more wet food while Ozzy was in the enclosure, and he ate it right up since he didn’t have to compete for it.

May 5th, breakfast – it’s Cinco de Mayo but the pets didn’t seem to care LOL. They’re still doing the switched food thing where baby kitty sir is eating Aussie’s food, and Ozzy is stealing bks wet food. Ozzy is also having plenty of his own. But they’re happy, getting along, and Ozzy really really wanted everyone to know that the lawn guy showed up and was doing a great job mowing the lawn. Baby kitty sir is definitely warming up, he even crowd over to me this morning knowing that I scratched his chin just right last time. He’s very very cute when he’s not grumpy. And Lizzie was cheerful and active this morning, very playful. Hope you’re having a good night!

May 4th Dinner- Bedtime- good morning!
It was a nice dinner visit it finally stopped raining and we saw a little break in the clouds which was very nice. Lizzie again climbed up my leg while I was cleaning out her cage and this time she got all the way up into my sweatshirt. She is an absolute riot. Ozzy and I had a really great game of tug of war and then he wanted but scratches and head rubs he was very affectionate tonight. Baby kitty sir was playful as ever. He was also extra affectionate which was nice. The fishy is doing well also. I gave him a little blood worms, he seemed very pleased. Tomorrow is supposed to be 67° and sunny so I’m have a feeling Ozzy is going to want to spend a lot of time outside, us too!  I hope you guys are having a great time! talk soon!

May 4th lunch time – quick stop in to check in on everyone. Ozzy is very playful and is interested in doing anything for a treat. I’m trying to train him to stay LOL but it’s slow going. I found Lizzie sleeping in pajama bottoms she seemed to be having a good nap and was very excited and playful when she came out. She wanted to go up my leg and scratch but I know better now. Baby kitty sir is still all about the head and Chin scratches. He purrs like a chainsaw when you get the spot just right and seems adorably grateful. All of them must have gotten their fill at breakfast, because none of them cared about their whipped cream or dry food. Still plenty left in their bowls. I also posted some videos in case you were homesick for the sounds. There’s one of baby kitty syrup purring while getting his chin scratched, and one of some birds being loud while Ozzy was outside

May the 4th be with you LOL, breakfast – it’s funny how things change day to day. Yesterday everyone was starving, today they were starving for affection. Ozzy was uncharacteristically mellow, well, for ozzy. But he was not about the food at all, but waited patiently for tug of war time. Baby kitty sir was all about the chin scratches, though he did appreciate a few extra treats. And while Lizzie was sweet, she seemed to have her own business to attend to this morning, checking out every corner, looking through every tunnel. It’s like she was looking for something. I think they’re settling into the new routine and finding they don’t love it as much as when you were around. They’ll be glad to have their old life back soon.

Edit: posted a couple of videos, more for sound than anything else, I’m case you’re homesick. One is BKS purring and the other is some bird sounds while Ozzy was outside this morning.

May 3rd Dinner & Bedtime- Good Morning! This evening went well. Even though it was a cloudy and kind of a drizzly evening, Ozzy and I still had fun outside. He sure loves to roll in the grass and roll down the hill it’s really funny. Tonight while I was cleaning out Lizzie’s cage a little, she decided to crawl up my pants while I was doing it. Good thing my sweatpants have a drawstring or I would have mooned the neighbors in the window!  Baby kitty sir was himself he was full of purrs and then a couple of meows, let me pet them and then the old hiss and leave me alone. I really enjoy spending time with all of them even the fish. My phone kept freezing tonight so I have limited pictures but I did get a few good ones. Have a wonderful day you two! They all miss you and can’t wait for you to come home but they are so glad you are taking time for yourselves. 

May 3rd lunch time – everybody was pretty mellow when I stopped by. Ozzy had been patiently waiting to go potty which he did quickly. Zeppelin got his cream and played with his toy, but otherwise wanted to be left alone. Even lizzy, while friendly and cute as always, was up to her own things. Even the fish, once he got his food didn’t want to play either lol. Hey, as long as they’re all happy, I’m happy too.

May 3rd breakfast – reposting since this didn’t take the first time. It seems either the gang has developed bigger appetites, or maybe we’re not feeding them enough lol. Both Ozzy and Zeppelin are finishing all their food and then checking each other’s bowl for more. Lindsey got food from the vet yesterday, so we have plenty for both. Lizzy doesn’t seem to be eating a lot, but I’m keeping her bowl full so she knows she has plenty. Everyone is in a good mood, and baby kitty shirt seems to really enjoy the chin scratches. They wanted me to tell you they miss you and look forward to you coming back!

5/2 Dinner & Bedtime- Good Morning! Our evening visit went great everybody wolfed down there food. Then we had play time, outside time, and petting time… it was just a good time  baby kitty sir was sweet and then a little grumpy but hey I’ll take what I can get. Lizzie and I played for a little while she tried to get in my boot again. But towards the end she was getting all stretchy and yawning so it was off to bed she went. Have a great day guys!

5/2 Lunchtime- are midday visit went well. Lizzie was all about trying to get into my rain boots which was quite entertaining. Also while I was sitting on the floor she decided that crawling up my jacket was fun too! she is such a hoot. I got a great video of her playing in her little water thing. Baby kitty sir was right on the money with the dreary drizzly day, he was all about head scratches and snoozing. Perfect day for a mid-afternoon cat nap. Ozzy was very entertaining and wanted to play so we played and played. His collar got caught on the bush on the walkway and he slipped out of his collar and gave me a heart attack as he ran away but luckily he likes treats and came running right back to me. I have a few new gray hairs that I’ve named Ozzy now! 

May 2nd breakfast – it’s great to see everyone have such healthy appetite and eating up all of their foods, but.. it seems like they’ve developed a taste for each other’s dishes! Baby kitty sir was eating Ozzy’s wet food and cheese as I was leaving, and Ozzy likes to run in and finish whatever whipped cream baby kitty sir hasn’t eaten already. At least Lizzie is sticking to her food! I never heard back from the vet about Ozzy’s food and he’s almost out. I will follow up again this morning.

5/1 Dinner & Bedtime- good morning! Ozzy still has a lot of energy we ran and played in the yard it was a lot of fun. We heard a few dogs barking so of course he had to join in The barking party.  Baby kitty sir was very active as well. We had a bunch of play time and he was flipping and flopping playing with his toy, purring away. Lizzie and I had a fun game of hide and seek and then she decided that her place to check out was inside my shirt when I leaned over to pick her up! It tickled. They all were just so cute today we enjoyed our time with them for sure. Hope you guys have a fun day today! talk soon!

5/1 lunchtime – it’s a beautiful day today, and everyone was in a great mood. Baby kitty sir was downright friendly, and Ozzy of course is just a ball of Happy energy. Lizzie was mellow but I think she had been napping right when I came in and was still a little groggy. Still cute as a button. Everyone is looking forward to your return, but are happy and well for now.

5/1 breakfast – I’ve really got it down to a science now. Pull up in the morning to be greeted by Ozzy barking, which stops for a second when I wave at him lol. Then airlock the garage, let him out for his morning business, I go in and serve baby kitty sir his whipped cream, and make everybody breakfast. I give Zeppelin some love before Ozzy gets in and eats the rest of his whipped cream, and let him have first crack at his soft food. Then I let Ozzy back in and have him eat for a bit and then we play tug of war. Then I go upstairs and let Lizzie out change and clean her cage and then we play for a bit. It’s a great way to start any day. I added a video of just baby kitty sir purring. I thought you might like hearing him from so far away. He misses you! Feel free to send along a video message for the animals. I would be happy to play it for them, and I’m sure they would absolutely love to hear your voices.

4/30 Dinner & Bedtime- Good Morning! Tonight was fun Lizzy decided that she didn’t want to go into her cage so we had a nice long game of hide and seek. I of course enticed her with rolling the plastic bottle on the floor and she couldn’t resist hehe! Baby kitty sir is all about attention these days he’s full of purrs and cute meows and just full of affection. Ozzy and I had an awesome game of gentle tug of war. I always let him win cuz I’m nice. 4/30 lunch time – what a fun lunch break! Got to spend some quality time with his majesty lol, giving him whipped cream and scratching his head and playing with his toy. Spent a bunch of time with Ozzy on the lawn trying to teach him how to stay down and giving him some treats. And then I played with Lizzy who decided that she needed to test how tough my arm was by trying to scratch and gnaw at it! Not like hurting me, just like checking how durable I was. It was adorable. Can’t wait to see them next.

4/30 breakfast – the gang was in great spirits this morning. Baby kitty sir was extra affectionate, purring along as I scratched his head and prepared his breakfast. He ate heartily, and if the litter box is any indication, he is well fed and healthy. Ozzy is a blast as usual, though he managed to take down the dog bone key holder in the garage with the cable. I will bring some tools and fix it next time. Lizzy is charming as ever. When I told her it was time for me to go, she rushed right under the cabinet and took up the escape position by the door, like she knew I was about to leave.

4/29 Dinner & Bedtime- good morning! So the sunset was beautiful and Ozzy and I had a great time playing outside he was all about rolling in the grass and you know peeing on the bush as usual. Baby kitty sir was quite content on the chair, I was even kind enough to bring his whipped cream to him. He was full of purrs and wanted a lot of head scratches which was nice. Lizzy and I played for a while but then I told her it was time for bed and she made a  as I put her into the cage. Have a great day exploring!

4/29 lunch time – did a quick visit at lunch to make sure everyone was good. Aussie got to go out and play in the sunshine, so I spent most of the time playing with Zeppelin, who seem to quite appreciate the attention. Lizzy is fine, she is great at hide and seek!

4/29 am – the gang was in a great mood this morning! Ozzie just wanted to play, and Lizzie did the cutest stretches when she was getting out of bed. I wish I’d managed to capture a shot of those! Zeppelin seems interested in getting his head scratched more than anything else. Didn’t even care about the whipped cream this morning. When he can’t get one of us to pet him he scratches it himself against the counter or anything else he can find. Other than that, everyone is happy healthy and looking forward to your return. Ozzy is running low on food so I called his vet to get a prescription. They should have it ready today, and we’ll go to Petco to pick up another bag.

4/28 Dinner & Bedtime- good morning! We had a great visit for dinner. Baby Kitty Sir was so happy to play! He was all meows and purrs it was super cute. When I went upstairs to check on Lizzie I couldn’t find her anywhere and of course I panicked, she was in the last place that I would think to look she was at the top of her cage in between the sheet that was covering it snoozing away! Ozzy was all about pettings and butt scratches and just being adorable and loving as always. I hope you and Chloe have a fabulous day full of adventure! talk soon!!

4/28 lunch – we took an extra few minutes this visit to do a big cleanup. We changed Lizzy’s bedding and emptied zeppelins litter box. We cleaned up Ozzy’s little messes on the wall and by the dining room chair. And we left plenty of time to play with Ozzy and Lizzy and even zeppelin. He only pretends to be grumpy.

4/28 am – the animals were great this morning. Ozzy was very playful and still wanted to play tug of war, his tooth didn’t seem to be bothering him. Lizzie is very curious and I took her downstairs to spend some time with everyone else. I got a great shot of everyone with Alex. Going to clean Lizzie’s cage today, buy more food for Zeppelin and ozzy, and would like to take the trash out. There’s a trash can in the garage, it’s all full. Does that need to go out? When is trash day? Can we just put the bags from the litter box on the curb?

4/27 dinner – was great getting caught up on the phone, and sorry you’re having such a hard time with internet! The evening visit was easy – everyone ina good mood and getting along. We’re picking up more cat and dog food tomorrow – they’re almost out – and cleaning Lizzie’s cage.

4/27 lunch – did just a quick simple drop in for lunch today. Everyone was happy, Kitty got whipped cream, Lizzie got to play a little, and Ozzy got to enjoy some sunshine outside.

4/27 am – after yesterday’s excitement, everyone was pretty relaxed today. Baby kitty sir seemed to hold no grudges and happily got his head scratched while he ate his cream. Lizzie was very playful and cute getting out this morning. Ozzy ate, and did his business, and we were playing tug of war when he lost a tooth! It was stuck in the toy! He didn’t seem bothered by it, but he definitely chilled out after. I saved the tooth on the window sill in case the dog tooth fairy comes.

4/26 Dinner & Bedtime- this evening was definitely not as exciting as lunch as you saw. Baby kitty sir doesn’t seem to be fazed by the grand adventure my face on the other hand is a little tender but it’s all good. Ozzy was all about tug of war and belly rubs and lots and lots of love. Lizzie well she’s always cute she enjoyed playing in my jacket that I had taken off and put on the bed. I always feel so bad when it’s bedtime for her cuz she’s like “no don’t put me in the cage!”  I think we are all going to sleep well tonight. I hope you have a great day today and have fun. 4/26 lunch – it was a very eventful visit. I had been warned about Ozzy and Lizzy being escape artists, but nobody prepared me for a zeppelin jailbreak. I guess I left the door ajar after letting Ozzy out and went upstairs to play with Lizzie. When I got back, Zeppelin was nowhere to be found! He had crawled out and had hidden in the bushes by the stairs! After a lot of wrangling and a few bites and scratches, Lindsay managed to get him back inside safe and sound. I will definitely be more careful about leaving the door closed around him!

4/26 am – the gang was sleepy when I got here. Zeppelin did some big stretches and yawns, then ignored the whipped cream, and walked over to my feet and plopped, asking me to scratch his head. NOT NECK OR BACK, he warned me loudly. We had a great moment just sitting there for a few minutes. Ozzy peed on the wall and chair again. Not sure what I can do to help him other than maybe come more often. He just ran in from outside and ate Zep’s whipped cream, we played for a bit and now he’s insisting we go for a ride. In the meantime Zeppelin is happily munching down on Ozzy’s food bowl despite fresh wet and dry cat food right next to it. Go figure! But as long as they’re eating I’m happy. Lizzie is very affectionate but her food never goes down much. Not sure if I’m overfeeding her or if she lost her appetite. She certainly comes running when I shake the container.

4/25 dinner – it’s funny how what used to be so confusing at the start is now just routine. Ozzy’s 3 part dinner and pull treat, Zeppelin’s 3 part dinner and medicine, Lizzie’s food dish. It takes almost no time. Which means more time to play! Everyone says hello!

4/25 lunch – the kids are all still happy. Ozzy had an accident on a chair, but nothing major. Zeppelin is getting around and doing his business. He’s asking for more pets but is still cranky about it. Lizzie is a hoot, doing well playing I’m the room all day and not getting into trouble.

4/25 am – Had a great morning visit with the furry ones. Everyone was in a good mood: Ozzy was very playful and really good about coming inside for food. Lizzie cavorted all around the room and climbed up my coat. Even Zeppelin was uncharacteristically friendly, asking for scratches and pets. Yesterday Lindsay brought him a cat toy and he seemed to have fun playing with it and being a little bit active. Other than Ozzie still using the hall plant as a bathroom occasionally, everyone is doing great! Message by You: Hi, the whole gang must have realized it’s Sunday and slept in. Ozzy didn’t even bark as I walked up to the house and opened the garage. I got worried for a second! Message by You: Hi! Hope your vacation is grand! I had a wonderful morning with the kids. Ozzy is happy and playful. She peed on her wall, but apologized. Otherwise she was a tug of war champ and we almost tore the toy! BKS seemed slightly happier today. He’s been eating and I changed his pad. He seems better regulated. I spent a lot of time with Lizzie this morning, who did the most adorable yawns and stretches when I let her out. Guess she likes to sleep in on weekends too!
