It’s awesome to see Sammy with a healthy appetite, devouring his wet food and kibble cereal before our morning walk. But before I even got to that, he insisted on showing me that he had completely devoured the snack bone I had left for him the night before. I think he was hinting that he’s ready for another. 😂 Our walk was perfect, not too hot, and Sammy was fantastic with following voice commands and staying within the leash. He really appreciates being able to stretch his legs after eating, and working off those calories. Still, I can’t help but feel like maybe he’s gained a little weight since I’ve been here. He happily posed for some photos to show off how good he looks, and we went inside for a peanut butter cookies and some peanut butter on the lick pad. We finished off with some cuddles and play time. All part of a well balanced breakfast.
