- You’ll notice there’s now a custom sticky menu at the top to help you easily navigate to every part of the site
- Improved My Pet Page
- Your pet’s info, photos, pupdates, and posts are now all neatly organized together in a single page. You can also quickly check your existing appointments or schedule new ones!
- My Appointments
- You may be asked to log in again to access your customer records. This is just a bit of extra security. Your scheduled appointments are listed here, along with their status. If you have packages with services that haven’t been booked yet, you can book them all from here as well.
- Discounts & Policy
- Right there with your Appointments you’ll see a handy Discounts section with various Coupon codes you can use at checkout to save you money! You can only use one coupon code, so choose whichever saves you most!
- Quick Booking
- Quickly book and pay for any of our services without the descriptions and instructions of the Services page
- Pupdate & Pet Profile
- This section has your private details from our last visit. You can’t edit this section. On the same black bar you’ll find your Pet Profile – all the details about your pet/s, vet info, vaccination, behaviors, etc.., as well as our notes about caring for them. It’s very helpful to keep this current, and you can easily read and update this yourself from this section or from your menu.
- Latest Pics, Tagged Posts, Full Album
- Your pet page is also home to the last 5 photos we’ve taken, any posts about your pet (and sometimes Welcome posts), as well as your full album (up to 250 photos). Over time we curate these albums to be the best of the best shots of our time with your four legged family.
