Getting to spend a few days with my friends Penny, Sophia, and Maxi is always a treat. Sure, we can get a little rowdy, rolling around and wrestling, or chasing each other in the yard. But the best part is when we’re all tired and we pile on the deck to cuddle and watch TV or play on the computer. We’re all doing our own thing but we’re doing it together. There’s always an ear that needs scratching or a belly that needs rubbing. It’s the closeness that makes it so relaxing. There were some high points – a walk to the boat dock with Penny, Kitkat declaring war on my computer mouse, Maxine playing keep-away with my shoe… That’s what happens when you spend a weekend with old friends! .💖😊
