There were no issues at all on our first visit, if you don’t count the message Cookie left me on the kitchen floor that he would prefer his visits a bit earlier. By the time I got there at 1 he was fast asleep and had very little interest in moving at all. But with a little motivation and a ride down the stairs he slowly worked the stiffness out of his legs and joined us on the grass. Montana wanted to play and cuddle, but took a break to take care of business. The rest of the time was ours to play, and there were toys and petting and belly rubs… At one point I just sat still for a few minutes and let them sniff me all over like the doggie news post I am. 😂 Can’t wait to see them again tonight!
