As kota and I scrolled along the trail at Westville, I remembered how different she was just a year ago. I could barely keep my footing as she dragged me behind her. She engaged with every dog and person whether it was appropriate or not, now with the new year I saw a totally different dog. She gets the full leash most of the time because she never abuses it. 😊 She checks carefully whether it’s okay to say hello to another dog And now she’s content to sit patiently as other people walk by and shower her with compliments. She is still very much a kid at heart, but wow what a smart well behaved kid! 🥰
