Jameson continues to make great progress, and a visit with his friend Brie is always a good treat and a challenge for him. Brie is skittish in general, not just around him. But she’s also quite taken with Mr J. So, she likes to approach, but if he even acknowledges her, she scampers away. Sure, his big extroverted lumbering ways may have put her off at the beginning, but he tries to be as restrained as he can be while genuinely wanting to be her friend. It’s a delightful back and forth. For his part, Jameson did manage to hold his “manners” position as she approached, but not well enough to let her sniff him. Measured progress. And that’s a lot, especially when talking about lunch.
