Jasper expressed a momentous range of moods this morning as we went through our paces. When I arrived he was nearly manic with glee, but was ready to play our place game. We used that as the calming spot to ditch his collar and harness up. His mood instantly turned a little more mischievous as he nipped at the leash, but he had perfect manners about waiting for me to open and exit through a door. By the time we were outside he was merry and mirthful, even when made to heel, come, or avoid chasing a squirrel. By the time we were heading back his mood changed to mild. We went to “place” again to disrobe and settle and you can see from the photo he was masterful at staying there. But with all the smells and sticks and leaves and hugs and kisses and treats, if there was one mood to sum it all up today, it would be MORE!! 🥰
