It was a great first visit with Olive and Polly! I took Polly out first through the basement and we did two loops of the yard where she peed and sniffed a bit. We then went in and I left Polly in the living room while I took Olive out of the crate in the bedroom and put on her collar. I learned I need to make sure I have the treats ready as when I go to take Olive out the kitchen door I need to have a treat for Polly to have her stay. But she did stay and was a sweetheart. I am glad that you have the extra gate on the outside deck so that if by chance Polly came out she wouldn’t go any further than the deck. But she was a good sweetheart and stayed . Olive and I also took several trips around the yard, She was quick to do her business she pooped and peed. We went back in and Polly and Olive had fun playing around, I made sure to take Olive’s collar off first. They had a lot of fun playing and when it was time for Olive to head back to her little bedroom she easily followed the command and I held the treat inside as she went in. She is a doll. I once again had closed the door leaving Polly in the living room and when I came out I realized I thought Polly had to go out one more time as she hadn’t pooped and sure enough I took her out for a couple more loops around the yard and she did her business. I gave her a lot of love too as it seems she’s got to get used to the new routine. Overall it was a great visit!
