Julian has been struggling with some anxiety this last week and I feel our bond has deepened even further because of it…especially as a fellow with anxiety herself. It was easy to identify that the best way to heal his worry was to shower him with even more love and compassion and patience. Together we can get through anything and now he is back to his usual self! Today, we had a beautiful 1:1 walk in the woods and enjoyed the peace and relaxation of the leaves rustling and the birds chirping with not a single worry in sight! What a great way to end the week 🥰
