May 24th – Holly has really settled into her time here. She slept on the couch and then was up in the middle of the night with Alex as he worked late. She was up early with me waiting for me outside the shower, but then napped again on the couch while Alex worked in the office. What a life! We did find time to stroll around the common and caught a few gorgeous shots of her and all her glory.

May 23rd- I hope you are having a fabulous time away! I finally got your Pupdate set up on your account. Apologies for the delay.🤪 Holly is doing great! She was definitely nervous for the first day/night. We even slept downstairs on the couch so she didn’t feel alone since she wasn’t sure about venturing up the stairs to the “great unknown” Slowly she has opened up and warmed up. We have adventured around our neighborhood everyday. On one of walks, she met two turtles and a chipmunk! Last night we lucked out with the thunderstorms, only a few claps of thunder. Thank goodness. The poor girl hid in the kitchen like I mentioned and then she decided that the upstairs bathroom was the best place to be. We heard her bark for the first time today! That was exciting! 😁.
