Alex and his doggie friend Sammie joined us on our walk with today. She was so excited to see another doggie at the beginning of our route! Her fluffy tail was wagging away! She of course has tons of energy and wanted to sprint to him and she did the little doggy dance they do when they are excited! Hopping and spinning and getting down low with paws out as to not look threatening. Sammie is a senior dog so wagging his butt and tail was the extent of his doggy dance. After a brief sniff greeting, Off we went! She was so happy to show him all her favorite sniffing spots and where all her chipmunk and squirrel friends live. They found some tasty grass shoots that they grazed on together like little goats! Millie even showed Sammie how she stops and sits when a car is coming! She is such a good girl. It was a fun walk for sure!
