When someone called about pet-sitting kittens, I just about jumped out of my skin. We were already booked but we moved heaven and earth to be able to take care of these adorable 11-week-old siblings. Ratio and Raven are very small, very playful, full of energy, and couldn’t be cuter. With an automatic feeder and water fountain, with Alex and timers, there was little for us to do but clean the litterbox, give them affection, and play with them! We brought a toy from home, a favorite of our resident cat, and the kittens went crazy for it. A long wire with things on each end, they each had something to chase, and the moment one caught an end, the other end would move. It was non-stop action. Ratio liked to growl, like a lot, when he caught the toy. Raven cried loudly when the toy would be lost or put away. Even so young and so similar they have very distinct personalities. It was a joy to get to spend time with these 2 and we look forward to watching them grow up.
