It was still pretty early and the thermometer hadn’t hit 80 yet, both dogs were already hating the humidity. Julian was a bit groggy to begin with but it didn’t stop him from eagerly jumping into the car to visit his friend. And Bagel was all ready to go jumping and showering him with kisses upon arrival. 🥰 But once we set out nobody was moving fast. Bagel, usually way ahead, was padding along to Julian’s paw beats right next to me. We passed another dog out for a walk and their half-hearted greeting made me laugh. Everyone was feeling it. We moseyed on back slowly and nobody complained that the walk was a little shorter today. I promised them next week would be much nicer. 😊
