Poor Evelyn, having to wear the dreaded cone even though it’s for the best. I spent a few minutes when I arrived after taking off the cone, giving her scratches and love before we headed out. I kept our walk, shorter, as requested, which was fine because it gave me time for more cuddles and pets before I had to leave. Evelyn is such a trooper and doesn’t protest when you have to put the cone back on. This sweet girl wins my heart more every day. 💕🐶🐾
