Bella was at first tentative with me when I arrived, but I felt her warming up, taking a step or two closer than she had before, giving me a sniff to decide if I am friend or foe. Inside she seemed to appreciate her treats while I checked on Luna. Then Bella and I played a little game of Mother May I, with her coming closer to me, retreating, coming back. I tempted her with some toys and she started to come to me more easily. I feel like we’re on the road to becoming friends.
