Lucy, Oliver and I had another wild encounter! We were just enjoying the sunshine and our time together. Lucy was deep into doing some serious sniffing when Ollie all of a sudden was on alert! He growled, barked and lunged and when I saw what he saw, I was grateful he made both Lucy and me aware of our visitor! It was a coyote! It appeared up on a hill by a rock. It didn’t look threatening but definitely watching us for a few. We definitely weren’t going to stick around so we calmly changed directions and continued our walk. To lighten the mood after that scare, Lucy decided to make us laugh and found a tissue box to carry home! When we got back, they had a silly game of tug o war with the box until it was almost confetti! What an exciting and silly adventure we had!
