Amazing walk !

I couldn’t wait to see Maxwell but I kept my excitement to a minimum so he wouldn’t get past his threshold . From the beginning to the end – he was wonderful !!! I waited until he calmed down in crate before allowing him to come out. He didn’t take him long to see I was on the same page as his parents and Amber 😂
Got his collar on and I saw how amazing his door manners are! Could not believe it was the same Maxwell ! He did good down the stairs but did pull towards the car , gave him a warning with collar and he got back on track . I also turned him around and brought him to where he typically goes to bathroom. He pooped but it was loose ( not diarrhea ).
After that we made our way back to driveway – he didn’t pull again toward my car.
It was kind of weird not being hugged by him on our walks but amazing to see his growth! He stayed by me and did great keeping his excitement under control. We made our way on the grass
( he didn’t even try to eat any) I watching him closely to make sure I could correct him if he tried to eat grass .
We made our way around the house and he enjoyed all the sniffing.
Made our way back in house and gave him his breakfast. Took him a few minutes to start eating since he isn’t use to having me around for meal times . He finished his meal and I put bowl and bag on counter . Filled up his water bowl with water from the jug on counter .
We proceeded to go back outside and he peed twice. He continued to do amazing and only needed correction a couple times .
I’m so impressed with his progress and great job with all the work you guys have put in!
Turned off e collar and he went back in his crate without an issue . Such a good boy ! 🐾🥰
