It’s so gratifying to watch Willow make tangible progress with her anxiety about me. She fell into the YES game much more readily while let me collar her, and get her out of the deck with much less fuss than last time. Once outside she was spectacularly brave and interactive. She wanted to play more and so we did, building another thing layer of trust with every cookie bit. 🥰 I actually took her and Tonks for a little walk down the street, and Willow happily followed along, listening and responding like a champ. She was noticeably more relaxed about touching my hand this week. The funny thing about baby steps is that in no time they’re running! 😂
