Sometimes when the trails are empty and it’s quiet out, it feels like Koda and I are the only ones left in the world. But I never feel alone because Koda is one of the most engaging dogs I get to live. She’s always looking back, asking for my opinion, checking if we can climb the hill, or stop and sniff. She tried to share her curiosity and excitement. Watch what I can do! As long as I’m paying attention, it doesn’t matter if anyone else is. For that moment, she feels like the center of my universe.
