Today When I took Kari out I said “Kari stretch your wings fly fly fly!!” And she said “no thanks I’d rather clean clean clean my wings” I said okay okay that’s fine do you girl!!! And that she did!! She cleaned herself for about 20 minutes happily on my shoulder while we were serenaded with YouTube bird sounds to calm our little pecks. Kari was very pecky today for lack of a better word. If she didn’t have access to chomp fingers (way past the branch check chomp) she was going for my ears then my face SO in order for her and myself to enjoy her on my shoulder i took some extra precautions today. Hoodie, hands tucked in sweatshirt and sunglasses and there were were two peas in a pod hanging out 😎She explored me from top of the head to my toes today and enjoyed every moment of it 🤭Then i got to watch her eat her food and put it in her water and make herself some cereal!! It was very cool! Mav was of course very close by and also got her share of attention with a clean liter box, fresh water and some snackies and tunnel runs!!
