Dakota was thrilled and Darcy quickly caught on to the idea of RECESS!

A visit to new friends and old so a new mother can enjoy her Mother’s Day felt like a good thing to do. It was wonderful to be able to catch up with Dakota, and see how well she was doing. She was jumping and whimpering when I got there, clearly happy to see me too. Darcy was a little shy at first, but took no time to warm up to me. She loved walking around the whole yard on the retractable leash. After a while she and Dakota were ready to head inside, for some loving and petting. Then Dakota went off to do her own thing and lie on the cool bathroom floor. 🙂 Darcy and I headed out for another walk, and this time she took me down the street all over the front yard and all around the back again. She was on a mission but I think she ran out of steam before she finished. Happy Mother’s Day, I hope you guys had a great time at the air show!
