Koda (who just revels in her perfect behavior now) was thrilled to traipse through the wet park. We weren’t alone, and she was glad to set a good example for younger or “less cool” dogs. She met my friend Nahla and her mom Courtney, sniffing noses gently and sauntering along. There was a spirited Staffordshire Terrier who wanted to play, but Koda saw that his mom wasn’t about to allow that and moved on. I just picked up a 24′ leash. I bet she’ll enjoy being able to run around the field a little more freely.
