Unfortunately, I arrived at 7:30 am this morning due to a hold up at my house . I envisioned the boys being overly eager to eat but they were hanging on the counter where Rocky LOVES to get his pet time in ! As he embraced the head scratches again I noticed Sully standing in front of food cabinet and looking up saying “ I need my breakfast, lady “. Gotta love cats and how you can see what they are saying to you as they stare !
This morning was the first time Rocky snuck out of his room as Sully was eating . He didn’t run up to the food right away but he also knew I was watching him closely ( and verbally encouraging him not to 😹) .
He sat under the chair and had that “stare “ going toward Sully ‘s food. I stood in between to ensure he wasn’t going to go in his space as he ate . Rocky didn’t get pushy at all and I was quite impressed because you could tell he wanted to try.
I took the trash barrel up to end of driveway and I kept the door to basement closed as I did that . I get ultra paranoid with cats trying to escape. When I walked back up both boys were on counter top staring at me again I got the feeling they were like “ wait , I thought our mom was home ?”- Since it was first time they heard garage door open since I have been watching them .
I love their cute inquisitive looks ! Sully got lots of pet time but neither cat wanted to play this morning . When I leave a customer house I always check to make sure I see where the cats are . Sully stays pretty close to me and I was looking under the beds for Rocky . I couldn’t find him when I noticed he was in the office on the desk . He looked so cute sitting there and I caught a pic of his reflection in the mirror. Not surprised he would want to see how handsome he is ! 🥰
