Maxwell seemed extra excited to be outside today. We made our way down around the yard a couple times. I wanted to snap a few pics by the leaves and as usual he is the best model !🥰 He stayed in a sit position and he got SO excited when I released him that he started bouncing around in the leaves. He did good not pulling and still listened when I told him to settle down. After a couple laps we added to the fun and had Sarah get out of the car . This is always a little challenging for him since he loves attention but he did great . He maintained his composure and would check in with me when she would walk by . He was really hoping for some pets from her but I could tell the threshold was borderline . After some manner training I put him on the long leash and shocked he wasn’t into playing fetch . I decided to work on his recall so I kept the leash long as we made our way around the yard . He loved sniffing away and I would call him back . Only once he needed a gentle reminder to come when called but he did fantastic! Always a pleasure hanging with Maxwell ❤️
