Evelyn wasn’t so sure she remembered me at first so we had a little reunion as I chatted with Meatball and left a trail of treats for Evelyn to reacquaint us. Eventually she remembered me and so we set out together on a lovely, yet soggy, stroll. The more we walked, the more bounce she had in her step. By the time we finished, she was so confident. We made our way back and I tucked her into her cozy crate with more treats, and a pat on Meatball’s dark head, before going.
