The kids were all happy to see me but Gizmo was especially excited. Not to disappoint, I let him out of the cage right away and it’s like it confirmed for him that we were besties. He let me handle him, hung out on my shoulder, and shared nutri-berries without so much as a nip. Splinter was friendly but still shy, and maybe a little jealous. 🥰 She didn’t want pets or treats but enjoyed some fresh paper. Itsy and Bitsy need food – I’ll bring some next time, but otherwise they’re still happy busibodies. They were very into an SVU episode while Giz and I played. Maybe they’re smarter than I think! 😊
