When we interview new team members, we get to have opinions, but the clients make the decisions. Today Bagel interviewed Amber, a terrific local candidate, and she gave her 2 paws up! With the rain and no Julian, Bagel was pretty mellow but she went out of her way to impress upon Amber how important it was to pay attention to her! 🤣 Constantly stopping for pets and treats, she made sure Amber knew who the boss was. By the time it was all over I knew she had made quite an impression because Amber loved her so much she nearly cried when the visit was over. Bagel told me she’ll give me her feedback next week, after some treats of course! 🥰
