3/28 Wet and cold after such a nice day yesterday drove us to seek places that weren’t too muddy, and we ended up at the Sturbridge Common and the cemetery again. We have a nice loop about a mile long that gives Packer plenty of different places to sniff out messages from the local pups (and some of our friends!). Packer was energetic, but more curious than usual. 🥰 He pulled on the leash more than before as he excitedly flitted from one sniff spot to the next. He even ran some circle zoomies around me to really stretch his legs. It was a slower and more laid back walk, but we talked about how spring would bring with it more opportunities for nature and free running around. We also talked about making new friends and he’s very into that. He said he prefers younger energetic dogs than the ones I’ve been introducing him too! 😂
