He is really smart and is quickly figuring out what’s expected of him, and he really tries to please. I just adore when he comes back to me and sits by my feet because he knows he’s pulled more than he should have. He gets it! And people get it too – we got lots of compliments today, not just on his looks but his behavior too! If I told you a month ago that people would be complimenting Mickey’s behavior, would you have believed it?! 😁 He of course has a long way to go, but he’s definitely on his way. Seeing him take direction when interacting with a stranger was really heartening. Not to mention picturesque!
