Just to mix things up a little bit Koda and I went off our beaten path in a different direction today. It was cool exploring different scenery and Koda was both curious and excited. Despite the heat. She met a friendly but off leash dog and maintained her cool and composure. She got to sniff a fire hydrant. I got a reminder that she is still a puppy when she stuck her head through the handrails to get a good look at the rushing water while in the overpass. We avoided the rain (just barely) and ended with a cookie for her efforts. A perfect walk for a perfect girl!
