Oliver was snoozing on the couch when I arrived, just enough energy to bark as I entered but still in his comfy position🤣. After a good pre-walk stretch, off we went. We lucked out with no rain but still got our paws wet! The rain definitely stirred up some interesting smells. He was sniffing the air at times and made sure to leave no good smell behind! He wanted to venture deeper and deeper into the brush but with his ” eat dead stuff” thinking, I made sure to keep him at a safe distance so I could supervise what he was getting into. He didn’t bring home a mouse but did find some random piece of plastic that he grabbed and dropped in the yard. I am thinking it was a gift for Mom. 🤣 I of course safely disposed of it when he wasn’t looking so I didn’t hurt his feelings. Such a sweet and silly pup!
