Polly got the Royal treatment today! She greeted me first with excitement and kisses and an exchange I gave her hugs and belly rubs. We proceeded outside where she sniffed the back yard and longingly looked to cross the brook! She is a dog anxious for another adventure! But she did get special treatment she rolled on her back and I gave her all the belly rub she could ask for. At one point I thought she was in the belly rub zone she was closing her eyes I thought if you were a cat she would be purring! When it was time to go inside she wanted to go in through the basement so I hope that was okay I followed her lead and brought her in that way but made sure the kitchen door and porch were all secure. A wonderful day with a beautiful gentle girl!
