Lucy and Oliver showed me their version of Stick ball today! We first set off on our walk to stretch our legs and look for critters! The woodland critters weren’t out and about though so Lucy found the next best thing! She discovered some grasshoppers! She pounced and stomp and even managed to catch one and try to eat it. But she said it was quite ripe and decided stick hunting was more fun. Once she found her branch, Oliver and Lucy carried it back to the yard together so they could show me their version of Stick ball! It was quite cool! They would first grab a stick and then chase the ball and wack it with the stick in their mouths, sometime even while playing tug o war with the same stick!!! They really know how to have fun!!!
