What a treat to see Julian again today! It is such a gorgeous day and we spent the first half of our walk catching up on all the gossip from last week. The neighborhood was full of people (and dogs) out for a stroll and enjoying this weather. So the second half of our walk gave us the opportunity for teachable moments – where I showed Julian he can sit and quietly await a treat, focusing on me, until the person jogging or the dog walking passes us by. No drama. Just good vibes and lots of rewards. What a good boy!
