When a pup is only being hosted for one night you’d think they would mostly just hang out, maybe take a walk or two. Just take it easy until their parents are back.
But Tonks knew what she was in for as soon as she arrived here. She started out playing with toys, going for a walk, and then testing out each couch cushion for softness, and every counter for potential heists. She was a total sweetheart and even climbed into bed with us for awhile. She eventually headed downstairs to spread out on her own lounge. Today was jam packed with fun, starting with a trip to the Common to stretch her legs. Shortly after she got a surprise visit from her pal Jameson and they went for a long walk around the old North Cemetery. I thought she would settle in for a nap for sure, but she wanted to keep going! So, to make sure she had a great time, I took her to see a Great friend of mine, Koda! They hit it off like old friends, and had a blast ranging the trails at Westville Dam. They both protested when it was time to go inside. ๐ฅฐ But even that wasn’t the end of Tonks’ excitement, as when we got home she got to meet and greet Kitty, our resident mousketeer. She was very friendly and gentle and made friends every where she went. An absolute treat, we can’t wait to host her overnight with us again soon!
