Harold got to meet new Pet Pro Paula today as she started her training. And he was very helpful. “After you go through the door, you offer me a treat,” he volunteered almost immediately. “After I do my business, a cookie is customary,” he told her a little while later. Pets, scratches, and cookies flowed freely throughout our visit, as he instructed Paula in all the best ways to take care of him. As we were leaving he pulled me aside and told me what a good hire she was. “I was able to train her in one day!”

When I got home from teaching this evening, Harold told me all about Paula. He approves and is happy to have helped in her training. Harold is good at “onboarding” and gives clear directions for tasks.
