Julian was very put off by all the loud noises and traffic on the street. The heavy machinery banged scarily, and he had to constantly pull over and let the trucks pass. It made what would have been an otherwise great walk together not as fun. But we made the most of it – I in the sun and Julian in the shade – whenever we could. It takes more than trucks to ruin our walk!
